Bowmore Black Rock Whisky matures to a large extent in Spanish sherry barrels. This gives it fine fruit nuances. The remaining storage time takes place in Bourbon barrels. Its aroma is interspersed with dates, apricots, forest honey and dark berries. On the palate, roasted espresso, cinnamon and smoke are noticeable. The finely balanced finish is remarkable with a hint of salt.
