This is one of Venezuela's finest rums: Ron Botucal Añejo, formerly known as Diplomatico Añejo, is column-still distilled and aged 4 years. Creamy but not too heavy, this well-balanced rum exhibits aromas of brown sugar, cocoa, coffee, raisins, caramel, and oak.
Over the years, Ron Botucal Añejo has won several accolades, amongst others a Double Gold Medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2007 and 2011 respectively.
