Credit card

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. To protect your credit card data, we are using the security standard 3D Secure. This security measure tells both the bank and us that you are the rightful owner or user of the card. You will be asked to enter your password. The payment will only be accepted if the correct password is entered.

Sofortüberweisung.de

If you choose Sofortüberweisung.de as a method of payment, all your personal data and information is transferred via the SSL connection, which means that it is encoded during the transmission process. Purchase-on-invoice

This allows you to buy and receive goods and to pay for them at a later date, after receiving the invoice. Please note that this payment method is only available for orders to Germany and Austria and that we will assign our claims to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A who will carry out a credit evaluation. At the moment, this method of payment is only available for orders totaling under EUR 2000 net and for orders to Germany and Austria. For more information, please click here.

Cash on delivery

You prefer to pay cash upon receiving your parcel at your door? No problem: we offer you cash on delivery. Please note that this payment method is only available for orders to Germany and in conjunction with delivery by UPS. In addition to the usual shipping costs, you are charged a EUR 9.00 net cash on delivery fee. This fee will also be charged when you reach our minimum order value for free shipping.

Cash via Self Pickup

We are also offering self pick-up from our warehouse in Berlin-Niederschönhausen. Please note that the minimum order value for this payment method is 200 € netto. Please call for an appointment and try to have exact change.
