Background
Bay Leaf Gin was originally developed to celebrate the achieved organic certificate of the distillery. Master Distiller Henrik Brinks has been talking about the use of laurel since a trip to Italy, while Head of Development Sune Urth dreamed of Angelika. The result is imperial - look forward to a full-bodied and uncompromising gin.
Perfect Serve
This gin is an unfiltered spirit and may become cloudy when water or ice is added. However, this has no influence on the quality of the product.
Bay Leaf Gin works in any classic cocktail. The addition of Leaf Gin gives your drinks the taste of wild moss and nature.
