This Japanese whisky is the oldest bottling of the Hibiki distillery with a proud 30 years and it’s a true masterpiece. The dark golden liquid is a blended malt, composed of the best and finest single malts, all stored in different casks. Among them are whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries as well as the Chita distillery. Through this blend, the whisky reveals a complex and broad spectrum of tastes, winning the heart of every whisky lover.

That the Hibiki 30 YO Whisky is a true masterpiece is also shown by the numerous prizes with which this truly good drop has been awarded so far. Among them three times the "Trophy Award" at the International Spirit Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008 as well as twice the title "World's Best Blended Whisky" at the World Whisky Awards in 2007 and 2008. Multi-facetted taste

The taste of Hibiki 30 YO Whisky is almost indescribable, because it spans so many facets. On the nose it begins with the smell of raisins, figs, ripe dates and dark cocoa. If you take the first sip, you will be surprised with the rare taste of chewing gum and marshmallows. But that was by far not all. This sweet adventure is followed by the tastes of oak and a light spice. Nutmeg, white pepper, sweet curry and delicate mint round out the whole. The taste experience finally ends in a long lasting spicy finish.
