Grapefruit, orange and lemon peel give citrus notes. Laurel fruits, barberries and juniper berries provide the necessary fruit nuances. Gold balm, iris, silver thistle, chamomile and red clover are distilled in the root and herb batches. For the fourth and final batch, liquorice roots migrate into the kettle.
