Windspiel Premium Dry Gin is created on the basis of potatoes, which are first turned into mash and then fermented using yeast. The neutral spirit, which results from this process, is then enriched with juniper berries, coriander, ginger, lavender blossoms and lemon peels in order to grant the premium product its versatile and enchanting flavour.
